How can I make a Reservation?


Reservation may be made through our Hotel Website, Phone or Email.




What is required to make a Reservation?

What is the Cancellation or No-Show Policy?


Cancellation and No-Show Policies differ based on the Package chosen. You may find the details on your Reservation.




What are the Front Desk hours?


Our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.




I am arriving in the Early Morning hours, when should I book my room?


Hotel’s Standard Check In Time is at 1500PM. If you are arriving in the Early Morning hours, we suggest booking your room a day before your Arrival Date.




Is Late Check Out possible?


Hotel’s Standard Check Out Time is at 1200PM. To guarantee a Late Check Out, additional charges will apply based on the Room Type & Time requested. Kindly contact us for more details.




Can I store my Luggage before Check In/after Check Out?


Yes, you may store your Luggage’s. Kindly inquire with our Front Desk Staff for more details.




What is Bayview East, Bayview West and Oceanview?


Bayview East – Deluxe Room Bayview West – Standard Room Oceanview – Executive Suites (2Bedroom with 2 Bathroom)




What is the location of Bayview East, Bayview West and Oceanview?


Bayview East is in Bayview Building. Bayview West is in Oceanview Building. Oceanview is in Oceanview Main Building.




What time is Check In & Check Out?


Check In Time is at 1500PM. Check Out Time is at 1200PM.

What Room types do you offer?


Room Types Bayview East (Deluxe Room) Bedding in this Room Type is either 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed or 3 Full Bed Bayview West (Standard Room) Bedding in this Room Type is 2 Double Beds. Oceanview (Executive Suite Room) Bedding in this Room Type is 2 Double Beds (Master Bedroom) & 2 Twin Beds (Twin Bedroom).




Are Guest Rooms Smoking or Non-Smoking?


All Hotel Rooms are Non-Smoking under Guam Law. Smoking is prohibited in all Hotel Rooms. Guam Law prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any entrance or exit of Public Buildings.




Is WIFI provided in the Guest Rooms?


WIFI is provided in all Guest Rooms with no additional charge.




Does my room have a Refrigerator?


All Guest Rooms are equipped with Mini Refrigerators.




Does my room have a Microwave?


Bayview West and Oceanview Rooms are equipped with a microwave. A microwave is available for Bayview East upon request, based on availability.




Are there Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Boards in the room?


All Guest Rooms are equipped with Hairdryer. Iron and Ironing Boards are available upon request, based on availability.




What other amenities are provided in the rooms?


Flat screen TV, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Wi-Fi connection, Slippers Hot Water Pot, Razor, Vanity Kit are available upon request, based on availability.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Room Service. However, there are Restaurants located in the Main Lobby for your Dining Experience.




What is the maximum occupancy of the Guestrooms?


Maximum Occupancy differs based on Room Type. You may find the details under each room type on our Website.




Can children stay at no additional charge?


Children up to 12 years may stay at no additional charge if existing bedding is utilized. If extra bed is required, additional charges will apply. Maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children (Bayview East and Bayview West); 4 Adults and 2 Children (Oceanview)

Airport Transfer is available with an additional charge. Airport Shuttle: Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservation: Must be booked in advance. Limited seats available. Fee: $12.00 per person (Adults & Children 6 & above), per way. FREE Children 5 & under. Payment: May be made with our Front Desk Staff upon Check In. Does your Hotel have Parking?


Self-Parking is available for all In House Guest’s at no charge. Parking space is based on availability. Hotel is not responsible for any theft or damages to any vehicle parked in the Hotel Premises.

Does your Hotel provide Baby Crib or Bed Guard?


Baby Crib & Bed Guard are available upon request with no additional charge. Maximum 2 per room.

Does your Hotel offer Breakfast?


Breakfast is available with additional charges. Breakfast Breakfast (Net): $18+10% SVC (AD) per person, $12.15+10% SVC (CH 6-12) per person, FREE (CH5&UNDER). If charge is accepted, kindly acknowledge by return email and once we receive your acknowledgement, we will make the necessary arrangements. No arrangements will been made without your response.




How much do you charge for Extra Bed/Person?


Extra Bed/Person is available with additional charges. EXTRA BED Extra Person and/or Extra Bed: $35.00+11% Tax per person, per bed, per day. If you would like to arrange, kindly acknowledge by return email and once we receive your acknowledgement, we will make the necessary arrangements. No arrangements will be made without your reply.
